At the start of this academic year Information Services augmented the updated VISION system by licensing the Blackboard Mobile Learn App for free download.

Usage statistics for the session show the popularity of this initiative; 7381 unique users have connected to VISION using the app.

Mondays have been been the busiest, with an average of almost 25,000 logins per day whereas Saturdays average out at 8,000 logins per day.

10:00-12:00 GMT is the busiest time of day, seeing 10,000 logins per hour whereas at 03:00-04:00 GMT, the average is around 900.

Roughly three quarters of accesses were from iPhones/iPads with most of the remainder from Android devices.
