The migration of student mailboxes is now well underway – and should be complete by the end of September.
Please be patient if you are waiting for your mailbox to be transferred – we have over 19,000 to move – so it takes time.
Students
You will not be able to access your mailbox while it is being moved – if you cannot access your email please try again the next working day.
Once your mail has been moved
- go to https://outlook.com/owa/hw.ac.uk to access your mail
- enter your username in the format username@hw.ac.uk (e.g. abc123@hw.ac.uk) at the login prompt

You may receive some error messages when trying to contact students who are in the process of having their mailbox moved. If you experience this problem please try contacting the student(s) the next working day.
