The IT Helpdesk system is being upgraded (moved to a more stable platform and to the current version) on 6th November, between 3 pm and 5 pm (GMT).
During this time you will not be able to access the Knowledgebase. The System Status page will also be unavailable.
You can still email ithelp@hw.ac.uk during the upgrade time – your email will be dealt with as soon as possible once the upgrade is complete.
If you have an urgent IT problem between 3 pm and 5 pm (GMT) on the 6th November please contact your IT helpdesk by phone or personal visit.
