Produced by the International Food Information Service (IFIS), FSTA is the leading database for food science, food technology and nutrition. It covers the literature in major food commodities, biotechnology, microbiology, food safety, additives, nutrition, packaging and pet foods. The database includes material from over 4,600 serial publications from 1969 – present. Some full-text availability with records linked to the Library’s full-text electronic journal collections.
