Office 365 ProPlus for PC and for Mac will be available to all Heriot-Watt students from August 2014.

Existing students will have access to the software from the end of August and new students will have access once they have enrolled in September.

This software is free to students under the terms of our licence.

Office 365 ProPlus is the full version of Office giving you access to:

PC version

Word 2013, Excel 2013, PowerPoint 2013, OneNote 2013, Access 2013, Publisher 2013, Outlook 2013, InfoPath 2013

Mac version

Word 2011, Excel 2011, PowerPoint 2011, Outlook 2011

You will be able download the software on up to 5 personal devices and it runs locally on your device (so you don’t need to be connected to the Internet to use it).

To qualify for the software you must be a current student on an active course. You can download and use the applications until your University student account expires after graduation.

Available from the beginning of Semester 1, 2014/15
