Tell-IS Alert Service

Tell-IS is a new service that HWU Information Services have introduced for students. It is an alert service so students can let us know about something that needs immediate attention usually in the Edinburgh Campus Library but applies to any areas that Information Services manages.
It is a great channel of communication to alert staff to noise issues or problems with study spaces or printers or computers.

There are number of ways to use the service:
Email: Tell-IS@hw.ac.uk
iMessage: tellhwuIS@icloud.com
Text: Text TELL and then your message to  07950081076
