The Student Counselling Service are holding a number of ‘Exam Stress’ drop-in sessions in the Edinburgh Campus Library (Anderson Room) on the following dates and times:
- Friday 28th Nov 2-3pm
- Tuesday 2nd Dec 4-5pm
- Friday 5th December 3-4pm
- Monday 8th December 4-5pm
- Thursday 11th December 2-3pm
Whether you stay for an hour or just a few minutes, these sessions are designed to offer a variety of techniques and methods to help manage stress around exams. All are welcome and there is no need to book.
The ideas is to offer space, advice and practical help for students who either know that they struggle with stress around exam time or that have found that they are recently feeling under pressure, overwhelmed or nervous.
There is also a Power Hour workshop on ‘Managing Exam Stress’ on Tuesday 25th November at 12.15-1.15 in the Anderson Room in the Edinburgh Campus Library, again no need to book and all welcome.
