Contact us via Tell-IS

 We have introduced some new ways for students to contact Information Services staff in the Library when they need help.  It is an alert service based on email, iMessaging and text messaging.  Students can let staff know about any noise issues or problems with study spaces or printers or computers.
To use the service:
Email: Tell-IS@hw.ac.uk
iMessage: tellhwuIS@icloud.com
Text: Text TELL and then your message to  07950081076
