Fishbone References, a database of cause and effect ‘fishbone’ diagrams for malting and brewing scientists,  is now available. Covering practical aspects including malting, brewing, packaging and distribution,  the fishbone (or herringbone, Ishikawa or Fishikawa) diagrams cover how the four Ms (machine, manpower, methods and materials) influence outcomes in different malting and brewing processes.
