Improvements made to the Wi-Fi system over the summer include:

• Replacement of the Wi-Fi access points in the Cameron Smail Library ( Edinburgh campus) to improve coverage and capacity within the building
• Renewal of security certificates

Following the upgrade to the new security certificate, your computer, tablet or phone might not reconnect to eduroam automatically, and you may be asked to accept the new security certificate. If this happens, you should run the automated configuration tool available via HWU Wi-Fi Setup (http://www.hw.ac.uk/wifi-help) to re-connect to eduroam.
