FastStone Capture is a powerful, lightweight, full-featured screen capture tool and screen video recorder.
It’s a bit like the Snipping Tool and Jing combined – but it offers a lot more than either, in one easy to use interface.
Useful for capturing and annotating screen shots for handouts/publications and for quick videos.

Caption, spotlight, blur, star, torn edges….
Maybe not the best example – but there are a comprehensive range of tools for annotating (texts, arrowed lines, highlights), resizing, cropping, sharpening, watermarking, applying edge effects and many more!

/ 29 December 2016FastStone is a handy screen capture tool, but it can only capture the first screen instead of the full page. If you want to capture the full web-page including the scoll-down part, I’d recommend acethinker screen grabber, free and works pretty well for me.
