Desktop PC Problem

Some staff and students are experiencing issues with their PC restarting and installing software updates. If your PC or laptop is affected then please leave it connected and report the issue to the IT Helpdesk at or on x4045 leaving your name, username, telephone extension and PC number (e.g. HWPC followed by a number).

The installation process can take some time (over an hour) so please leave the PC plugged in and switched on.
