EndNote “Cite While You Write” for Mac Word 2016

The EndNote “Cite While You Write” tool is now available for Macs with Office 2016.

If you have your own MacBook with Office 2016 you can download Cite While You Write from EndNote Online.  Go to Options – Download Installers to get the installation file.  (EndNote desktop users: the latest version of Cite While You Write will be installed when you next update EndNote X7.)

Users of older versions of Mac Word or Windows do not need to update their toolbar – this update is only required by users of Mac Word 2016 who were previously unable to install Cite While You Write.

EndNote is a tool that will help you keep track of your reading and simplifies citing and referencing.  More information is available in the EndNote Online workbook [pdf] and Information Services offer Power Hours on using EndNote Online and EndNote Desktop.
