Edinburgh campus is holding it’s annual Mental Health Awareness Week 10 to 14 October so it’s a good time to highlight our collection of self-help books covering various topics including stress, anxiety, depression, panic and sleep problems.
All titles are recommended by the student support counselling service and they are all in the library catalogue
