We are looking for volunteers to attend focus groups on our Library and IT services. The sessions will last around 2 hours, and you’ll be asked to do a couple of activities and discuss your opinions on our services. We need your input to make sure we’re running the best possible services for you. All of the feedback from you will be anonymised.

Not only will refreshments be provided, but in return for your time you will also receive £10 print credit.

The focus groups are organised according to School/Department and will take place at the following times:

• School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society (not Biological Sciences): Tuesday 22 November, 10-12am
• School of Engineering and Physical Sciences:
  Wednesday 23 November, 3.30-5.30pm
• School of Social Sciences (not Psychology):
  Thursday 24 November, 3.15-5.15pm
• School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences:
  Friday 25 November, 2.30-4.30pm
• Biological Sciences and Psychology:
  Monday 28 November, 9.15 – 11.15am

We are looking for 8-10 students for each focus group. The deadline to sign up has been extended to 12pm Friday 18 November. We will contact you in the afternoon if you have been selected as a participant.
