We do have some journals and theses that are held in offsite storage and these can be requested as and when needed.
After searching in Discovery , you find that the journal article you need is held offsite, you will see this information in request options which means you need to fill in a form to retrieve the journal.
Previously, the form has been a paper form at the Library Service Desk, but now we have introduced an online form.
You can access the form via the student or staff portal or by following the link

We have expanded our provision of full-text journals from the Proquest databases and now have access to the following:
- ProQuest SciTech Collection
• Research literature in science, technology and engineering
• 5,600 full-text titles
• 1,700 full-text environmental impact statements
- ProQuest Social Sciences Premium Collection
• Comprehensive bundle of full text and A&I social sciences literature
• Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts
• 640 full-text titles
- ProQuest Art, Design and Architecture Collection
• Collection of A&I databases and journals in full-text
• 400 full-text titles
Proquest databases are listed in the A-Z list of databases.
